Sarver, PA (address emailed upon registration)
What might change in your life if you were in communion with your body?
How much better could you feel?
What could you create?
Spend the day with us at the farm as we create, explore and nurture our physical and energetic bodies during a full day retreat. Meditation, crystals, essential oils, food and movement are some of the tools we will use to move into a space of connection and nurturing for your being and your body. All put together to nurture your connection to you! This retreat is FULL of content and learning, Gifts and Tools, lunch, dinner & snacks included in your tuition.
Registration is open through November 3rd (10pm ET), or when the class reaches capacity, whichever comes first. No judgment on last minute decisions, life works that way sometimes! I invite you to choose a joyful day of Nurturing and Connection for You, your Body and your Being.
**Because this is a limited event, there will be no refunds**
Did you know the root chakra, Muladhara, is the foundation of your physical body and your financial experience?
How does your body feel?
How are your money flows?
What do you need to feel more grounded and secure?
Change, Movement, Pleasure, Flexibility, Social Connection.
As you read through the words above…
What are you aware of?
Did some words have more charge?
Are some words more comfortable?
These are a few aspects of the sacral chakra, Svadhisthana which translates to sweetness. What might your life be like with more sweetness?
Is there a fire in your belly? A raging inferno? A tiny glowing spark?
Manipura, the Solar Plexus Chakra, is the power of will; the ease of humor; the spiritual warrior and the ability to choose action.
What might you choose to create with balance and ease in your Power center?
Would you like to experience more Balance in your life? More Love? More Receiving?
Anahata, the Heart Chakra, governs all of these and so much more. As we balance giving with receiving we experience more love. As we move into honoring self we are more able to honor others…
Do you have a frog in your throat? Find yourself “biting back” a truth (or truths) you wish you could speak? Do you have ease in hearing what is true for you?
Vishuddha, the Throat Chakra, centers around communication of your truth. This communication can be with others, and more often it is within ourselves. Are there places in your life where you have your fingers in your ears (la la la…) and you resist receiving? What else is possible? As we honor what is true for us in the moment, we can move into a space of trust in our knowing, in our ability to choose what is going to contribute to our ability to create more in our lives and the lives of those we love.
Would you like to bring more light into your life? Do you have difficulty perceiving your path? Your purpose? What else might be possible if you had deeper awareness, insight and intuition?
Awakening the Brow Chakra, Ajna, supports visual perception, imagination, and awareness beyond consensus reality. What might you create -or create differently- with greater awareness of and ability to perceive energetic patterns in your life? With focus on clearing the Brow Chakra we move into a space of trusting what we notice and thereby allow ourselves to receive more intuitive “hits” or downloads. From this space of trust and allowance we can become more playful in the knowing that if we miss the mark there will be more guideposts along the way and we can always adjust our trajectory.
Is there space for a greater connection to Divinity in your life? Would you like deep meditation to be more accessible? How could you better show up for yourself and others with the knowing that you are loved, you are supported, you are a part of that which you long to be connected to?
Sahasrara, the Crown Chakra, is the realm of expanded consciousness, of Universal flow, of the God of your understanding… What might shift with the experience of truly connecting to these as opposed to holding them as concepts or something reserved for Monks on the mountaintop? What if you have a seat at the table? What if you are an integral part of the plan? What if you could experience a taste (or something more) of that in this moment?
